Question / Help Wireless Screen share to a 4k TV in conference room

This following may not be a good fit for OBS at all, but I haven't found any other solution to my problem so I'm thinking outside the box.

What I want to do is be able to wirelessly display my Windows 10 laptop screen on a 4k TV (that has yet to be purchased) in our conference room at 4k resolution. We currently do this with a Roku connected to the old 1080p TV resolution by simply kitting Windows+K keys and selecting the Roku.

I went to Best Buy and bothered them for 30-40 minutes doing the Windows 10 "Windows+K key" Connect-to-wireless display function with all the Samsung and LG Smart TVs they had. It would connect just find, but I couldn't get the resolution to go much beyond 1080p. My guess is this is either a limitation in the Miracast spec, or they just decided not to implement it. My laptop has a 4k panel and I can connect to it and wired external 4k monitors all day long - at 4k of course. I just can't find a wireless solution to share my screen at 4k.

I'm wondering if I could put OBS on my laptop and somehow stream my screen to the TV in 4k resolution. I'll admit, I'm being a bit lazy as I haven't even installed OBS yet.

Thank you for any ideas you may have.
