Question / Help Windows10 - Audio sounding hollow or incorrect

I just moved my OS to windows 10 and now whenever I stream my audio is just strait up wrong, sounding hollow and unbalanced. Not sure what this problem is as it doesn't sound anything like this normally(Sound while playing is nothing like this etc)and not sure where to look or what to change to fix this, any help?

Make sure your speakers are set to stereo/2.1 mode and not surround, and make sure that any audio enhancements enabled through your sound hardware (e.g. "virtual surround") are disabled.
