Question / Help Windows version isn't seeing my phone

Hey Hey, I hope someone can help me with this because I feel like I'm losing my mind. I have an app on my phone called JustWifiCam, which turns your iPhone into an NDI camera so that OBS can see it. I've downloaded and updated my OBS on both my Mac and Windows machines. However, I found that when I plugged my phone into the Mac OBS I could see my iPhone under video capture device, but when I'm on my Windows OBS the iPhone isn't under there. Anyone have any ideas?

Check Windows Firewall (disable), check HomeGroup (default name Workgroup).
I don't have Iphone, 2 years ago i run Android version from NewTek (now is only for Iphone).
