Windows Update to 26

Hi all, just tried to update to 26 on Windows 10 and getting this error, tried the usual as in uninstalling OBS, restart PC but still the same error, can anyone help?

Something is using the file, likely Skype / Teams or other video chat software that is accessing the virtual camera.
