Try running OBS as Admin. If that doesn't work, try on a stable version (non-Insider Build) of Windows 10. Cannot duplicate with Windows 10 1909 with PowerShell window with OBS running as Admin

Go into the properties of the window capture source and change the capture method to "Windows Graphic Capture". Just tested, this will make OBS capture the window. Automatic detection of capture method doesn't seem to work, so set it manually.

@BigYuckFou Just grey, I wouldn't be able to see anything.

@qhobbes The issue is not related to PowerShell, which is a command interpreter, but to Windows Terminal, which is a terminal emulator, a brand new one. Windows Terminal isn't a specific feature available in Windows Insider builds, but an open source project that you can download on GitHub and run on any Windows installation above build 1903. Running OBS as admin didn't solved the issue.

@koala Your solution solved my issue, thanks !
