Question / Help Windows OBS Studio PTT delay not saving or setting

Hi all,

I have a mechanical keyboard and it's quite obvious when i'm doing some recordings when I'm using the Push-to-Talk feature (PTT) that OBS provides. However, whenever I set a delay (in ms) and click apply, the page zero's out all of the timer settings. If you then close and re-open the audio settings page, the entered time is there, but on recording anything you can tell that there is no delay. This has been tested by putting a PTT delay of anywhere from 500ms to 5000ms and still immediately picking up the click of the keyboard.

I've also looked into the settings ini to see if I can find where it might be saved to manually enter it, but I cannot find any particular setting indicating a change. There is an audio section in the basic.ini of a profile, but that does not seem to be tied to the particular setting. There doesn't' seem to be anything in global.ini either, so it looks like it can't manually be entered.

Anyone have this particular feature working or know what might be going on?

Logs as requested, though I saw nothing in them: https://obsproject.com/logs/vmwr7B_bh08V4gZ-

Disrgard, I see that I misunderstood the intention of the delay to not delay starting, but to delay ending. It's working fine. Guess it will be a feature request to add a slight delay for after a PTT key is hit.
