Has OBS Studio been installed at C:\Program Files\obs-studio ?
Depending on the version you have installed, the shortcut should lead to C:\Program Files\obs-studio\bin\64bit\obs64.exe

I followed this and am still getting "The item 'obs64.exe' that this shortcut refers to has been changed and moved, so this shortcut wont work properly
Do you want to delete this shortcut?
Yes no" anything else i can possibly do?

In Windows Explorer, when you go to folder C:\Program Files\obs-studio\bin\64bit
can you start obs64.exe by double clicking it?
If so, make a new shortcut to it.
