Windows Explorer (explorer.exe) periodically crashing only while streaming

I'm running into a very weird issue where my explorer.exe task will crash and then restart itself every 2-3 minutes but ONLY while streaming. If I have OBS simply sitting open or are using it to record, then this issue does not occur. My operating system and graphics card drivers are up-to-date. I am not sure where else to look in order to fix this issue. Log is attached.

Thanks in advance

After extensive testing, I can now confirm the issue occurs regardless if any plugins or anything is installed. Same problem occurs with a completely fresh install of OBS. Also, not really sure why you're swearing in a help post... especially when that wasn't even the problem.

Once again, this only happens while I'm streaming. Simply having OBS open does not cause this issue. Also, all drivers are up-to-date. BIOS is completely updated. RAM test came back with zero problems. Windows file scan came back with zero errors. New log from latest stream is attached.
