Windows distribution of OBS in MS Store

Hey guys,
I could not find any info regarding the recent change in OBS distribution in MS Store.
I have found that OBS is restricted in the European Union. Each country cannot download/install via MS Store or Winget (my location is Poland).
When I change Windows settings to a region outside the EU, like the USA, Turkey, or Russia, OBS is visible, and I can install it.
Microsoft support told me that developers are responsible for region settings when publishing, so here I am checking if it is true.

This is a link used via Intune while getting MS Store apps.
