Bug Report Windows claims obs32.exe has stopped working (twice) AFTER exiting obs studio

All in the title, shows obs stopped working twice and it shows that after the program is exited by normal means.

Happens every time.

can anyone please give me some information on why this is happening, it doesn't affect me or my recordings in any way but it is annoying.

Just wanted to confirm i'm seeing the same thing.
When i click the "exit" button it shows twitch that obs32.exe has stopped working.

Hardware difference compared to the topic-starter is i'm using a i7-6700 (no K) and a GTX970 instead of 980

Same problem here, I start OBS, it starts, then a pop-up message by Windows 7 pops-up and says,
(obs32.exe has stopeed working) then another one pops-up and says (A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available) then button displays (close program) no other choice but to close, then obs program shutsdown. Any help for this?

That is not the same issue, his crash occurs on exit.

New user here, recently downloaded and installed most recent version (19.0.3 as of writing)> I'm getting the same message whenever Exiting. Whether I click on Exit button on the lower right, Exit in the FIle Menu, o when I click the X button on the upper right corner of the app window.
