Windows Capture

I am using software called SongPro (latest version) to display stuff for use at Church services and want to try and include in the record or streams. When I set OBS to capture the extended window, it doesn't see the content of the window.
I have tried all three options in window capture and although "Auto" shows the text when in properties, it doesn't show when in preview or output of obs.

Anybody any experience and suggestions please

I have never used that app but I just fired up a browser window and went to YT to play a few videos as well as hit a few other sites. All that is working for me. Does this work for you? If it does then the issue may be app specific. Follow the forms sticky to upload logs for a session.
