Question / Help Windows Capture not working for me

I cannot add a game in windows capture mode any longer. The only thing that gets added is whatever the last thing on the desktop was before the game started and whatever that was is going to remain frozen.

In example after I start steam and I want to launch a game in borderless such as Dota -> this is what i'll get and this is what will remain when the game starts.​

The latest update that I've got messed up my OBS studio. The normal OBS still works properly.
