Windows 7 virtualcam filter crash

Good day! Please, help with issue. OBS crashed then i setup scenes virtual cam filter and press start button. Virtualcam in Tools menu work correctly.
Lenovo 110-15ISK, Windows 7 x64 EN clean install, last updates, last lenovo version drivers, OBS 25.0.8 64 bit, OBS virtual cam 2.0.4.
