Again, Windows 7 is end-of-life per Microsoft as of January 14, 2020, and so no longer meets the minimum requirements for OBS Studio.
It may work, but we cannot provide support for it, other than to advise upgrading to at least Windows 8, preferably 10.

With Windows 7, you're missing a feature that is available only with Windows 10. Windows 10 would allow you to capture Zoom. You can capture zoom under Windows 7 probably if you disable hardware acceleration within Zoom, but I don't know if this is possible.

Best solution: upgrade to Windows 10. It's still free. Just do it. It's usually even a bit faster than Windows 7 and occupies less disk space.

As to be seen in my first post, in 7 all works fine but not in 8.1 or 10 though same OBS with same settings !

You appear to think you're replying to a different thread. (Possibly this one.)
8/8.1/10 is not mentioned here, other than as an 'upgrade to this'.

Sup Alex! what options have you already tried?
So, after a few tries, I finally made the video I wanted and recorder my screen. Here is the link for the author https://www.movavi.com/support/how-to/how-to-do-screen-capture-on-windows7.htm There are plenty of good programs on the list so I am sure one of them will work for you. I struggled a lot and that I am quite sad that windows 7 is not supported by many programs already. But thanks god movavi screen recorder which is first on the list saved me this time.
