As far as I know those W7 versions are no longer available...
You can check the download page for previous versions...
My advice is to ditch W7 and move on the W10...
You'll be much happier...

Windows 7 is end-of-life per Microsoft as of January 14, 2020. It no longer meets minimum requirements for OBS Studio. The existing download for Windows 8/8.1/10 may work, but we cannot provide assistance with it if you are on Windows 7, other than to recommend upgrading to at least Windows 8.

Windows Vista was never supported, and will not work with OBS Studio at all.
