Windows 11: Strange Preview Lag

Hello,
I've updated my System to Windows 11, changed nothing else.
I noticed a Preview lag of about one second. It takes some time after running OBS without encoding until preview gets slower.
Its affects the whole preview, my desktop capture and facecam as well. if I raise my hand it takes a second I raise my hand in the preview,
if I move the mouse it also takes a second. It's not straight after I start OBS, it takes about 5 minutes, but after that the preview lag will be no longer than about a second.
Video encoding is ok, no lag on my recordings.
When I start recording the preview lag is gone immediately.

So, I think nothing to worry about but strange anway. Maybe it has to do how Windows renders the windows in Windows 11?

Has anyone noticed this behavior as well?

Hello there,
also noone seems to have this problem, I found a solution and wanted to share it.
The problem seems to be the dpi scaling feature in windows.

if you right click the exe go to compatibility and change dpi scaling to "system" that fixed it for me
