Windows 11 25H2 causing "static" in sounds with OBS

I have gone through all troubleshooting steps with Microsoft, looked online with Google, and after the Win 11 25H2 update, I get a lot of static in my sound when running OBS.
I have gone through all OBS settings, redid my stream settings, etc., nothing works.
Any ideas?

If you have issues with a not finished update from Microsoft then uninstall it and report it to them. Until last time I checked this windows update it still said it was a preview.
The other thing to do is remove the audio inputs on OBS, close it, restart Windows, add the audio inputs again, see if the issue persist.

25H2 is full release now, not a preview.
I have done what you said, I even completely uninstalled OBS and reinstalled clean...still static sound in audio output.

I think I've got it fixed.
I went through every audio source I had and deleted everything out of OBS.
I still had some static after rebooting...found 1 audio source I didn't delete. That got rid of that static.
I then created a "Sound" scene to add my mic and discord. I'll add back some audio sources later, but this fixed the static sound.
It took some time to figure out, but I finally got it fixed!
