Windows 11 24H2 and OBS incompatibility

Hello,
I have a problem. Before updating my Windows 11 to version 24H2, OBS worked perfectly for me. After I updated to ver. 24H2, when I record or stream and I want to look if the audio is not too high and go to main panel and see preview window of OBS, the recording screen in OBS goes black and stream or record too.
Please, can you help me somehow with this?
On previous version of Windows 11, I didn´t have that problem, now I have all time. I already don´t know what to do. I tried to roll back OBS to version 27.2.4, if it does help .. nothing, still the same.

If you find a solution on this problem, could you please let me know here? Because I don´t want to give up on streaming or recording, but I also cannot go back to previous version of Windows 11, I passed that time I think.
