Hi all, i have a strange issue. When i login into OBS and preview the URL via Media Source, i always get this issue (see picture).

Basically what it does is it makes whole thing glitching all the time. Cant see anything, frames are all over the place. Could this be OBS's problem? I have downloaded the older version thinking it would fix the issue, but it didnt.

Run OBS directly on the console of the machine, not within a rdp session. In a rdp session you get some kind of emulated GPU that is not suitable for supporting OBS.

Dont quite get your answer. Sorry. My OBS is located at the other side of the world. RPD is the only way can get access to.

OBS needs a physical GPU to run on. In a rdp session, Windows provides an emulated GPU that creates a tremendously high CPU utilization if OBS is just started. To avoid Windows creating the emulated GPU, you have to use a different remote access method, for example vnc or Teamviewer. With these, you connect to the console of your remote machine and this is access to the physical GPU of the machine.
If your remote machine is a vps and has no physical GPU, then OBS is not the right tool for you.
