Before I begin I would like to say that I have checked out some other threads and have found that my CPU is no longer supported by Intel for Windows 10 and that is the reason for quicksync not being available.
Now that I have gotten that out of the way, my question is quick and may be answered fast, it's just a little confusing to me. When I render videos out of Sony Vegas I am capable of using the Quicksync option for my exporting but is not available in OBS for me. Does anyone know why this is? Thanks in advance if anyone can answer this, but if not all is well. o/
