Question / Help Windows 10 OBS Multiplatform Stream Skips/Freezes

Project

I just recently upgraded my CPU and Motherboard and thought it would be a good time to upgrade to windows 10 as well. After I started streaming, the broadcast would be perfectly smooth for a few minutes and then my viewers say that the stream starts freezing and skipping. Here's a link to the log file https://gist.github.com/e11a1a7ed9614a11d0ff and here's a link to the VoD that the log is referencing http://www.twitch.tv/xxpr0j3c7z702xx/v/21461018 . Just look at the last few minutes and notice the insane amount of stutter and freezing. If anyone could help me out, I'd definitely appreciate it.

Why would you use a larger buffer than bitrate. uncheck custom buffer. that will help your issue.

also check windows playback device for your sound card and see if under advanced, what is the audio format. if its 48000, set OBS's audio bitrate to 48kHz, if its 44100, then leave it at 44.1kHz.
