I used to be able to stream at 45 FPS while running under Windows 8.1 but now that i've upgraded to Windows 10 OBS MP is utilizing more of my cpu then it did under Windows 8.1 and that's enough to drop my FPS and i am trying to stream at 30 FPS and still dropping FPS in my stream. I hope my log will help solve this issue. I noticed many others are having this problem that have processors like mine that do not have alot of headroom and just little increase in cpu usage can really break the stream.
P.S it's almost impossible now as well to rely on CLR browser source, they go very slow or do not even show up at all like alerts. they will at the beginning of the stream but if a follow does something that would trigger an event, it will not trigger only when i double click the CLR browser source and hit ok it will show up for a split second and donation ticker goes extremely slow compared to how smooth it was running under win8.1
