Windows 10 + OBS elgato capture device not detected in OBS

Some info

Worked fine in windows 8.1, have now upgraded to windows 10.
Its visible in device manager and showing as working.
Its visible in audio control panel and showing as enabled.

In OBS if I goto video capture device, I only have OBS virtual camera no Elgato HD60 S+.

Elgato website has no newer drivers, it says no drivers because UVC device.

Any ideas?

Yep thats what it was thank you, I had to do the same as I did with my mic for discord, so allow cam and then allow it on desktop web view, thanks.
