WINDOWS 10 no Sound from OBS

I have an audio input from REAPER into OBS
The Graphic below shows a screeen shot of sound in REAPER and as input to OBS
But I cannot seem to get OBS to output any sound
Please Help

Hate to jinks anything, but does it work if you switch audio input capture to monitor off? I am in a place where I just realized that my streaming audio was simply my Monitor out, which meant pre any filters or latency delay.

Just kidding. I changed my Focusrite interface channels 1 & 2 to a software playback of all (7) of my physical inputs, set it for output and monitor (just output got me sound into the computer and OBS, but nothing out to my encoder) and the sound is now to my encoder and affected by my filters and latency delay settings.

You Sir, are all that and a bag of chips!
