Bug Report Windows 10 no Intel QuickSync?

Hey! I'm on Windows 10. I have an i7 2600k. Intel Graphics 3000 which supports QuickSync and worked fine on Windows 7.

I have a fake monitor enabled at 1024x768 for my Intel Graphics and for some reason OBS Studio 0.13.2 doesn't have the option for it under Encoders :-(

My Drivers on my Intel are up to date. Including my Chipset Drivers.

OBS Studio currently supports Quick Sync on Haswell and later chips only.

Correct. If you require working Quick Sync support you'll want to use OBS1 for now.
