Question / Help Windows 10 HP Notebook

Hello, I just got OBS Studio a few days ago and have been trying to record videos with it with webcam, image, audio, skype call, and game footage. I run on a Windows 10 HP Notebook, basically a terrabyte laptop, with enough graphics power to play games such as Overwatch. My fiance and I were hoping to start a mutual Let's Play Channel on Youtube and I've even asked for the help of another Let's Playing friend to help, but he doesn't record a webcam. I keep trying to record videos and have looked up how to set OBS Studio but most everyone has either 7 or 8, or just plain not my situations. So I thought I'd bring it here for other Win10 people to get answers to this same problem, that being that I don't know what settings that would work seeing as how I'm not programmer tech savvy, I'm just a gamer who started in the 90s. The Video quality is supper glitchy/laggy/spotty/buggy/slow but my audio stays relatively the same. I'd really like to use this program to start on Let's Play videos of random assorted games like Overwatch, Golf With Your Friends, Warframe, Garry's Mod, etc. I'd like some, more expert programming advice.

Here's what I can gather of the Log File situation thing.
Well it seemed like the file upload wasn't working, so I'm just going to paste it all here, sorry for the length.
Or it can have a character limit... I'll have to upload it bit by bit then...
