Bug Report Windows 10 Game Mode - local recording with lags / low fps

Hi all,
when using Windows 10 Creators Update "Game Mode" with Mechwarrior Online, my OBS Studio local recording fps drops from stable 30 to ~18 fps + occasional lags up to 5 sec

Deactivating the game mode while recording brings the fps back to normal and removes any lags.

So far, I could only reproduce this behavior with Mechwarrior Online.

(CPU is overclocked to 4,1GHz and stable for 2 years)

Is there no way to make Windows Ignore OBS from the Game Mode?

we have to wait for magic from OBS Devs to fix Win10 Creators behaviour

I really like how game mode works with CPU threading on my old Phenom 1100T, but can report the same issue no matter on what monitor I place OBS it says encoder is overloaded, but we still have 65% CPU headroom and 50% GPU. Adjusting internal settings doesn't help, need to disable game mode while streaming.
