Question / Help Windows 10 Creators Update

Hey
Since the Creators Update OBS doesn't work propperly. With only 40% CPU usage i only got 40 fps on my recordings and the ingame fps also drop from 250 to 50. Only when OBS is opened. Is there coming an update that will solve these problems?

Idk but i ended up having to turn off the preview to help with resorces and as well make sure its on high priority. this is in 19.02. mine drops if those 2 things arent done since the creators update was forced to my computer without me knowing
