Not sure why this is happening.
I don't really know how to explain it so heres a 5 second clip of the issue.

Basically highly distorted, crackling audio.
Ive tried switching from Wave Out to DirectSound and back. No idea what's causing this.
AMD Ryzen 5 3600
ASUS Rog Strix B550-F
32GB Corsair Vengeance DDR4 3200
EVGA RTX 2060
Corsair iCUE 220T Case w/ 650w Corsair CX-M PSU
Attached DXDIAG and OBS log as well.
