Question / Help Windows 10 broke OBS again?

I use OBS on my AMD laptop to record my PS4. The video gets recorded, the audio gets recorded, etc.

Everything works fine EXCEPT for some reason I am now getting encoding overload errors (which means my recordings will constantly skip frames) when I record anything. This shouldn't be happening because my settings work fine for recording my PS4, and a few days ago I wasn't having this problem. But all of a sudden I get encoiding overloads now for no apparent reason, which leads me to assume its a Windows 10 problem. But I don't know how to fix this, if it can be fixed.

If anybody else is having the same problem, don't hesitate to speak up. I'd like to know that I'm not the only one.
