Bug Report Window not detected when not using system UI

Hi,

I'm having trouble successfully detecting the "Visual Code" Application in Linux. I've reduced the title to a known static one "Visual Code", but the window is never detected.

It seems if the UI of a window is custom / frame-less... OBS cannot detect it. If I click "help->about" within "Visual Code" OBS can detect that dialog, It is rendered with the normal gnome style.

The auto switcher cannot detect that the active window has changed if the new focus is a custom window.

I've tried this out with other editors and can confirm that it's not limited to "Visual Code".

I'm running Fedora 30, with xorg and OBS 23.2.1.

I can successfully capture any window that is rendered with QT or GTK.

I think the base issue is that the OBS fact gathering method for enumerating a window misses a certain type of window.

An ideas?
