You're capturing the same screen where the OBS window is located, wich is showing your desktop with your OBS window, that shows your desktop with your OBS window...

If you need to see the OBS window during the recording I recommend to add a second monitor so you can move the OBS window outside your capture area

Additionally, you can set up hotkeys to start/stop recording, so you can have OBS minimized while you perform recordings.
