Question / Help Window/Game Capture Both Blackscreen for LoL

So I've recently got a new laptop and I'm trying to stream League of Legends again, but both Window Capture and Game Capture are just a black screen. I have read countless forum posts and nothing seems to be working. I've tried almost everything in Windowed, Windowed Borderless, and Fullscreen, but no matter what it's always the same. I am able to use Display Capture, but I'd rather not because I tab out often.

Here's my settings for the Game Capture source that works for me, you may have to open a custom game to add the in game league window.

Mode: Capture specific window

Window: [League of Legends.exe]: League of Legends (TM) Client

Window Match Priority: Executable Name

and then I have capture cursor on and that's it.
