Question / Help Window combobox empty when creating a new source window capture

Hi all,
I just installed OBS 17.0.2 64bit on Windows 7, when I create a new source of type Window Capture the properties window opens and there are two combo boxes on the bottom, the first one named Window is empty, no matter what I chose on the second one named Window Matched Priority. On the Window Matched Priority combo I have Window Title, Window Class, Executable Name.
What can I do to fix this?
Thanks in advance
Pedro

Hi, thanks for the quick reply! No, I'm running AVG Free. I have OBS running on another Windows 7 PC and I like it a lot so I just installed it on my portable PC also running the same Windows 7 version. I only have this issue on my portable PC.

Well, this is kind of embarrassing, I deleted the scene and created it again, then created a new source and this time it worked... I'm uploading a 7z with all log files, maybe you can find something in there.

Today I wanted to use OBS again and the same, the screen capture works but not the window capture, nothing on the Window combo while creating it. So I just used screen capture. At the end I looked for the film and there was no film, in fact in Settings / Output / Recording Path I had an invalid folder. No error message, nothing, the recording was active and no film at the end. So I guess this can be an issue and should be fixed.
Anyway I set a good folder in Recording Path and now I can create a Window Capture Source! Apparently an invalid folder in Recording Path was messing things up... I hope tomorrow still works, if not I'll post my findings here.

It happened again, randomly when I open OBS the defined Window Capture sources don't work anymore and I can't create new ones. So I guess I'll stick to Screen Capture on my portable PC for now...

I opened OBS this morning and the Window Capture Source is not working again. So I closed OBS, temporary disabled AVG for 15 minutes, opened OBS and tried to create a Window Capture source but it still doesn't work. So I guess this issue is not related to AVG.
I just powered up my portable PC and opened Firefox, before opening OBS.
If I figure out what is causing this issue I'll post it here.
