Bug Report Window Capture (Xcomposite) - inverting colors

When I use Window Capture (Xcomposite), certain colors are inverted - usually red and blue (green has no problem). I've attached a screenshot of urn on the desktop (with red text) and the window capture of urn in OBS Studio (0.13.1) (with blue text). This also happens with other applications in window capture, including Chromium.

There's a "Swap Red and Blue" checkbox in the Xcomposite properties. I used to have that problem until I started upgrading my video cards and drivers. Now using nVidia GTX 750 Ti with driver 352.63 in all my machines and haven't had to use the swap feature since.
