Hello everyone!
I first had permission problems to get the Window Capture going, but I solved those by creating a new Window Capture and that prompted the System Preferences and let me give the permission.
But then it still didn't work! I couldn't see any windows in the Window Capture settings.
Until I found this in an old thread:

I had the same problem. All I did was to switch OBS from full screen to window with the green button up right. Don't know why, but worked.
Well it worked for me too! So I thought I'd share again, to help out.
