Window capture stops sending source data when not actively selected

I have a browser window being captured and has been fine until about the last week or so. If the window which is being captured isn't On Top, the data being captured stops and the window goes blank on the stream until I have that window back on top again. I have ensured everything is updated, removed and re-added the source, etc..
