Question / Help Window Capture specific .exe

Is it Possible to Window Capture all instances of a specific Application (FL64.exe)?
Im trying to Window capture in my Music Program (FL Studio 12) but only certain Things show up...

Any Workarounds for this?

I am assuming you have tried all of these?
I am also guessing that you would rather not use desktop capture?
