Question / Help Window capture resulting in black screen

I'm trying to add an window capture to my stream, but I cant get it to work other then a black screen, sometimes the mouse will move on the screen but that's it...

I tried all the drop down window option tried google chrome and Microsoft edge with no luck other then a sometimes moving cursor on a black screen what am I doing wrong? I watched many tutorials but nothing seems to work
 
I seem to be having the same problem. My first time trying OBS. Wanted to record an intermittent bug on a website. Can successfully set Sources to any of my windows except Chrome. Just get black screen on any Chrome tab.

I'm on a desktop (an ASUS ROG), not laptop, and all programs (including Chrome) are running on the NVDIA GPU, so the troubleshooting ideas about different GPUs didn't help.

Running Windows 10.
