Question / Help Window Capture Render Delay Limit

Hi All,

I am trying to stream a Window Capture and 2 webcams all synced to audio with a 650ms delay.
I have a 650ms delay on my webcams and they sync with audio.
I want to put a 650ms render delay on my window capture, but it seems the limit is 500ms, so my actions in the window capture are just slightly off from the webcams.

Is render delay limited to 500 ms?

Did some searching around but couldn't find anything on this.

Using OBS Studio 20.0.1.

I wanted to follow up here for those that may be looking for this. I just updated to the latest version of OBS (26.1) and it appears the delay filter can now be much higher, i.e. no need to add several of them together. I was able to add a delay filter of 1400 ms without any issue

In my case, this helps me overlay slides that are being shown live in-person (from a different computer, piped into my Macbook as an video source), while properly lining up with my livestream that has about a 1.4 second delay from the camera's RTSP stream/encoding.

Hope this helps someone!
