Question / Help Window capture only shows top tool bar with white screen

I always used to stream using window capture. But I recently got a new computer and I cant get window capture to show more then just the top tool bar!

I tried internet, edge, chrome all with the same problem

I'm not sure Edge can be window captured.

Apps in general can't ge window captured if they have 3d acceleration on.

This can be turned off in Chrome; no idea about Edge.

Is there a solution to this issue...since the update I have same white screen problem

The resolution is as posted above.

If the window belongs to a browser, turn off hardware acceleration in the browser.

If the window belongs to Edge, capture a different browser.

If you're not capturing a browser, you have a different issue. Please post a logfile.
