Capturing VLC window with new method in 2 OBS (windows 10 64), don't ask why, etc - it's neeeded. (don't suggest please to change, i`m autoswitching music)
1 of OBS-es with stream up starting to show 2 white windows (like in studio mode - it's disabled) and OBS just hung up, after scene change. (only OBS closing help, no logs after)
Logs are clear, only scene change for 2 hours.
Only 1 OBS with stream hung up. All VLC still keeps working, sound coming in to VLC, stream hung up still.
Video card load maximum 70%, cpu load maxumim 40%. All encoding/decoding on GPU.
Any suggestions? All GPU drivers last, Windows last updates/etc. Fresh windows install. Scene switching with api. (no errors there, just script hung ups too when OBS hung up)

What i`ll done next time: Run as admin with 1 core unlocked in both OBS (only 7 cores will be used), disable preview in both OBS.
Maybe will try another capture method for VLC.
Will update 1660 with better video card in the near future (2070) + CPU 2700x for 3700x.
Anything else can help?
