Question / Help Window Capture Not Working

I checked out my log file and it looks like some dlls are missing? How do I fix this? My window capture will not capture quite a few windows. Here's what I've tried so far:

Chrome: not working
Microsoft Edge: not working
Origin: working
The Sims 4: working
Discord: not working
Windows Explorer: working

I do use game capture for The Sims. I had it opened so I tested. How will turning off hardware acceleration affect other programs though? Use many Adobe programs.

Chrome's acceleration being disabled doesn't cause other applications to stop using acceleration.
