Question / Help Window Capture not working

Window capture isn't working with any of my internet browsers (Chrome, IE, Edge). Only showing black, but will show the cursor. Not sure what to do here. Not wanting to use BrowserSource because of a need to interact with the page I'm using on my overlay.

Disable Hardware Acceleration at least for Chrome for it to be captured in Windowed mode
Google Chrome > The 3 dots > Settings > at the bottom "show advanced settings" > very last option uncheck "use hardware acceleration when available" and restart google chrome

Interesting. I am having this exact issue with Skype and window capture. Only I don't there there is HW acceleration, or a way to turn it off.
