I had this problem with the previous version and also with the current one. On Windows 10, window capture is not working for some programs, specifically Word. It works for Chrome, but when I try to capture Word all I see is a white screen, the mouse and, weirdly, "Calibri Body" and "Search for templates online".
I tried this on a different Windows 10 machine and it was the same.
