Question / Help Window Capture not working

I've been trying to record things like my skype calls and chrome but when i use window capture, all that shows up is a black screen, how do i fix this? is there an alternative? i know it worked in normal OBS

For Chrome, you can try disabling hardware acceleration as a workaround.
