Window Capture not working using WGC capture

Nothing appears when capturing any window with WGC capture. It is not a blackscreen, but just nothing.

OBS Studio Version: 32.0.4
winver: Microsoft Windows 26H1 (28020.1362)

I have tried running OBS with administrator privilege, but it still does not work.
Also, I have followed this instruction and changed to "Power Saving", but it does't work too.

1. You are running Windows 11 Insider build 28020. You may have problems that would not happen with release versions of Windows 11.
2. Run OBS as Admin.
3. explorer.exe is not a window. If you're trying to capture your entire screen, Windows stuff and all, remove Window Capture use Display Capture.

I was able capture Notepad.exe with the default settings.

I do run OBS as Admin, but it still doesn't work. Moreover, I am just taking one random app from the list of windows as an example, and other apps are not able to be captured as well.

However, Display Capture (in WGC mode) works fine. Seems weird.
