Window Capture not working OBS 25.0.8 MacOS Catalina

OBS does not appear as an application available to grant Screen Recording permissions in System Preferences. OBS appears in Camera, Microphone, Files & Folders, but not Screen Recording.

Any way to force Catalina to give it permission to record the screen?

Resolved:

Click "show windows with Empty Names" checkbox on.

Select a window that has an actual display.

This will trigger OBS to request the necessary permissions from Catalina and you can then accept the request and grant the necessary permissions in System Preferences.
