Window capture not finding power point

Please help!!! I am unable to find power point on window capture. I have opened the presentation and I am unable to access it. If I reinstall OBS it works sometimes. I have also tried uploading current log file it worked once then not the next....I am getting very frustrated. Any thoughts ideas gratefully received. Don't minimize the Powerpoint window

Thanks for the reply. I have opened the powerpoint as presentation and it still would not work. I removed OBS completely and it worked. I came to set it up to day and it won't work again? Do I have a glitch somewhere or do I have to reload it every time I want to use it......frustrating!

Then try running OBS as admin
