Window capture/monitor capture lost capture mode issue

The OBS I used in January, the software can select bitbit, win10 and other modes in the window capture and monitor capture.
But in this month I lost the select feature and didn't find the option to enable it via local text, I want to ask how to enable this option, I need it to capture the system's connection window.
